Businesses wishing to sell Beer as a retail merchant will be required to submit the "BEER PERMIT APPLICATION" to the CITY Recorder with all required documentation and fees.  Upon receipt the Application will be forwarded to the Beer Board Commission for review.

Liquor by the Drink

Any establishment wishing to sell Liquor by the Drink must apply with the State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission and obtain state licensing prior to applying for a Town of Spring City License for on site consumption.
